 FAQs

  • Once your booking is confirmed you will receive the pickup address. The trailers are stored at the Field of Dreams RV park, open from 9 am to 9 pm. Proceed at 10mph to the Y in the road and head left. The trailers are ready to go on the right. If after hours pickup is needed simply text (430) 261-2266, 30 minutes before pick up time and you will be met at the gate or a gate code provided. You will not be able to access your trailer after hours, without prior communication.

    All trailer pickups and returns take place at our Tyler pickup location at 12999 County Rd 431, Tyler, TX 75706, inside Field of Dreams RV Resort & Storage.

  • First, check your spam or promotions folder - confirmation emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, enter your email address above or call us at (430) 261-2266. We'll resend your booking details right away.

  • The trailers are located in a secure locked facility. There are no actual locks on the trailers themselves. The booking notifies the facility of the pick up and return of your trailer.

  • When booking, you'll be asked to upload a photo of your driver's license. Make sure the photo is clear, well-lit, and shows all four corners of the ID with no glare. If your upload keeps failing, try a different photo or browser, or contact us directly and we can verify your ID manually over the phone.
